mostly. Blood type B is classified as nomads and associated with a
strong digestive track and immune system. This blood type diet is based
on dairy products. The last blood type AB combines the features of the
previous A and B blood types, that’s why this blood type diet
also includes dairy products and vegetables. There are a lot of
opinions and discussions regarding this kind of diet and it’s
efficiency is not proved scientifically.
