you may eat everything, but the basic weight loss food tip is to eat
5-6 SMALL meals a day. Of course, it is hard to exclude sweets,
chocolate and pastry. So, you may also eat these type of weight loss
food, but only in the morning and, of course, in a small quantity
(one bar of chocolate or two slices of cake per week).
