to feel full within a day. But drink only water, not coffee or tea,
and try to avoid sugar in your beverage. Of course, green tea
is an
exception of this rule. On the contrary, this beverage helps you to
lose weight and supply your organism with health-promoting nutrients.
Eat
grains, but of course, without butter and salt. This weight loss
program food contains fiber, which also help you not to be hungry.
Add some fruit, if grains seems to you too tasteless without sugar
and salt.
Buy
only low-fat milk products, during your weight loss program. Try to
eat yogurt, slim milk or cheese every day. And we offer you not to
keep any “taboo” products at home, because it is
not so easy to
avoid something tasty if you know that it is in your refrigerator.
